The prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2018 and not to disturb the Vocational, Self Employment Skill Training, Institutions, who are affiliated with the petitioner, in Nagappatinam District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the nature of the relief sought for herein, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and as per law after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
