The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.19551 of 2003 dated 27.08.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Page No.1 of 3

Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent herein. In proof of which, a copy of the proceedings dated 06.03.2023 passed by the Commissioner, School Education, Perasiriyar Anbazhagan Kalvi Vazhagam, College road, Chennai has been produced before this Court after duly serving it on the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court had also gone through the same.

4. Since the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed. No costs. 09.03.2023 dpq Index :
