This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a) imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" passed in Crl.OP.No.25395 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions for more than 30 days, and further, the investigation was also completed.
3. Considering the representation made by both side counsel, investigation was already completed, and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
