The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.59. Labour and Employment (J1) Department dated 10.10.2014 and published in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamilnadu Gazette No.46 dated 03.12.2014 and quash the same.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing on 08.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the case was ordered to be listed on 09.06.2023 and on 09.06.2023 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was ordered to be listed on 12.06.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, viz., 12.06.2023, there is no representation for the petitioner either in-person or through learned counsel.

3. In view of the above, the present Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
