Vs 1 R.C.SEKAR [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 S.VISALAKSHI 3 S.LEELAVATHY 4 S.VAHINI 5 M.VENKATESAN The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Under Or.43R1(s) of Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the fair and decreetal dated 0504-2013 made in I.A.No.309 of 2012 in O.S.No.18 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri (in CMA.No.2853 of 2013). ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Thursday, the Second day of December Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 06.01.2021 and letter dated 08.10.2021 vide D.No.4684/2021 from the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, this court made the following order:- By the judgment dated 06.01.2021, this Court allowed the C.M.A.No.2853 of 2013 with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that judgment.

2.The learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, by a letter to the Registry dated 08.10.2021, seeks six months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2012 on the ground that a petition was filed by the petitioner to transpose the 4th defendant as plaintiff and the sole plaintiff died on 19.03.2018 and the suit was posted on 23.10.2021 for filing counter.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, six months time is hereby granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2012, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
