When the matter was taken up on 21.07.2022, it was stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and sought time to bring the legal representatives on record. Subsequently, when the matter came up on 12.09.2022, the same representation was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and thereafter, though several opportunities were given, no steps were taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which would show that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
