Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenu namely K.Rajendran, aged about 58 years, son of Periakalichettiar, whose whereabouts not known and produce the detenu before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/brother of the detenu, K.Rajendran, aged about 58 years, to cause production of his brother/the detenu, before this Court and to set him at liberty.
2.The alleged detenu K.Rajendran, aged about 58 years, is secured and produced before this Court. The third respondent, wife of the alleged detenu and their children are also present before this Court.
3.On enquiry, the alleged detenu submits that there is no illegal detention of him by anybody and that he is willing to go along with his wife and children.
4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
