O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.685 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.
2.The respondent police has registered an FIR for the offence under sections 279 and 337 of IPC and subsequently, the same has been altered to section 279, 337 and 304(A) IPC. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and his vehicle is not even involved in the said accident. The ground raised by the petitioner has to be investigated by the respondent police and this Court cannot conduct a mini investigation.
4.This Court is inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
