O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for expeditious disposal of the case pending in C.C.No.3114 of 2019, on the file of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. 2.It is seen from records that A1 and A2 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court. This Court had also given a direction in Crl.O.P.No.16228 of 2019 by an order dated 22.06.2019, for completion of the case within a period of three months. It is stated that A1 and A4 have not appeared before the Court below and there is a non-bailable warrant pending against them. The grievance of the petitioner is that, both of them are residing abroad and are dragging on the case. Even though the calendar case was numbered in the year 2017, till today it remains at the stage of service of summons to A1 to A4. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to immediately initiate proceedings for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issuance of a look-out circular against A1 and A4 and ensure that they are brought to India and produced before the Court below. On their appearance, the Court below shall secure them and impose necessary conditions to ensure their presence and complete the trial within a period of two months from the date on which they are produced before the Court. The trial shall be conducted on a day-to-day basis without granting any unwanted adjournments.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
