This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, to dispose the case in C.C.No.390 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the quash petition filed, the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, is not in a position to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.390 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
