ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give Police protection to the petitioner.

2. It is seen from the records that already a civil suit is pending between the parties before the District Munsif Court at Arur. The parties can agitate their dispute only before the Civil Court and the respondent police should not interfere in matters of this nature. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate relief against the rival party before the Civil Court, in which, the suit is pending.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above directions.
