ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2. The petitioner claimes to be owner of the agricultural lands of an extent of 2 acres and 84 cents situated at Salem Taluk. The grievance of the petitioner is that the adjacent property owners are illegally preventing the petitioner from doing cultivation in his lands and they have also threatened the petitioner. Therefore, the complaint was given to the second respondent and the second respondent police issued a CSR.No.69 of 2018. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed seeking for Police protection before this Court.
3. The second respondent is directed to call the parties for enquiry and instruct them not to create disturbance or cause threat and to work out their remedy before the Competent Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court. If the second respondent feels that this dispute can be resolved only before the Competent Civil Court, the parties shall be relegated to the Competent Civil Court.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
