(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Upon the learned counsel for the respondent bank making a statement that the loan account is settled, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to the said effect. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.2 of 2007 is also dismissed.
