far as not granting the other benefits as per the order in W.P.No.29284 of 2005 dated 26.11.2008 in W.A.No.1490 of 2010 and SLP CA.No.51865187 of 2011 order dated 29.07.2015, and in Conmt.Pet.SLP(C).No.783784 of 2018 in P.M.O.Reference dated 04.06.2019 DARPG/P/2019/02279 and secure the LIC values.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with correct prayer and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the dismissal order and other consequential orders by filing independent writ petitions. There shall be no order as to costs. 2/4
