2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, had directed Mr.Senthamizh Selvan, the District Registrar, Coimbatore, to conduct an enquiry by invoking section 77A of the Registration Act. He would submit that certain particulars are required and thereby, there is a delay to complete the enquiry and he would seek a further period of three weeks time to complete the enquiry.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), three weeks time is granted to complete the enquiry and post the matter on 20.04.2023 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
