O R D E R

Since the petitioner's application dated 14.12.2024 for Sub Division and patta transfer with reference to the property comprised in S.F.No.258/2B1B1 situate at Periyakottakulam Village, Unthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District has not been considered by the respondent the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP accepting notice for the respondent.

Considering the limited prayer that is sought and taking into account the fact that the petitioner's application dated 14.12.2024 has not been considered to date, a mandamus is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2024 for sub-division and patta transfer, after issuing notice to all the interest parties and pattadars, hearing their objections and thereafter pass orders. In case of a rejection a speaking order shall be passed. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 4 months from date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. No costs.
