Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in relates to the proceedings of the 6th respondent in Na.Ka.No.1208/A5/2017 dated 22.08.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner from the date of the Petitioner appointment i.e., from 1.3.2017 along with attendant and monetary benefits.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 6th respondent in Na.Ka.No.1208/A5/2017 dated 22.08.2017, quash the same and 2/6
direct the 5th respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner from the date of the Petitioner appointment i.e., from 01.03.2017 along with attendant and monetary benefits.
2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that despite the Order of this Court, the impugned order has been passed, whereas, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that no final order has been passed, the order has been passed seeking certain clarifications. In fact, the approval sought by the management has been returned for certain queries and the management has to represent after complying certain queries raised by the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the Management submitted that they will rectify and resubmit the papers for approval within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Management, the fourth respondent is directed to comply with certain queries raised by them and send the papers to the fifth respondent and thereafter the Order shall be passed in the light of the Order already passed in this regard in batch of writ 3/6
petitions in W.P.Nos.33725 if 2022 etc., and considering the G.O.Ms.No.165, School Education Department dated 19.09.2019. Such orders shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.09.2023 dhk Index:Yes/No Internet: Yes/No 4/6
