A.No.340 of 2020 is filed to reopen the evidence of the PW1(plaintiff) for further cross examination on the above suit C.S.(Comm.Div)No.701 of 2018.

A.No.341 of 2020 is filed to recall the evidence of the PW1(plaintiff) for further cross examination in the above suit C.S.(Comm.Div)No.701 of 2018. A.No.722 of 2020 is filed to recall the witness DW1 Mr.Subash Chandra Bose in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.701 of 2018.

2. During the cross examination of DW2-Mr.N.Linguswamy, the plaintiff has marked certain documents, which has forced the plaintiff as well as the defendants to file these applications to recall PW-1 and DW-1 to clarify the facts regarding the documents introduced during the course of cross examination of DW-2.

3.Considering the nature of the clarification required regarding the documents, all these applications are allowed. Time schedule for examination PW-1 and DW-1 is fixed as below:

(i) The Additional Master No.II shall complete examination of these two witnesses between 09.03.2020 and 12.03.2020.

/ 5 / (ii) After completion of examination, the matter shall be posted before this Court on 16.03.2020.
