O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner / father of the detenue/Sudha, aged about 19 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The alleged detenue / Sudha is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The parents of the detenue is also before us.

3. On enquiry, the detenue said that there is no illegal detention by anybody and she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents, who is present before us.
