O R D E R

By the impugned order dated 22.03.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1413 of 2017 in Crime No.416 of 2017, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai, released the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that they have to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to relax the said condition.

2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent.

3.Heard both the sides.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai, in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1413 of 2017 in Crime No.416 of 2017 dated 22.03.2017, in respect of reporting before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days, alone is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
