Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 28.10.2021 and 03.12.2021 respectively which have been duly acknowledged by them under Art 226 of the Constitution of India.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 28.10.2021 and 03.12.2021 respectively.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and for rectification of the error https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that occurred during the sub division, he made representations to the respondents and the last of such representation was made on 03.12.2021 and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
