This matter came up for consideration before this Court on 19.06.2025. As there was no representation on 19.06.2025, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, inspite of matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session. 2.

In the circumstances and taking into consideration the fact that this matter pertains to the year 1986 and thereafter, re-numbered in the year 2007, this Court does not see any justification for adjourning the matter any further. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
