ORDER

With the grievance that despite the lands having been acquired as early as in the year 2013, the compensation has not been paid, a representation has been made by the petitioner on 14.03.2017. Seeking appropriate orders, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
