O R D E R

Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking to quash the order dated 23.01.2021 passed by the Respondent vide R.C.No.904833/2021/HBT 2(2) - CGP, and for a consequential direction to the Respondent to re-allot the same Police Quarters to him.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent fairly submitted that, the Respondent is willing to accommodate the Petitioner in A-33 Quarters, with the hope that, no further untoward incident takes place as in the case on hand. 3.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Taking note of the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent and appreciating the steps taken by him in accommodating the Petitioner in the Quarters as sought for by him, this Court directs the Petitioner herein to move to A-33 Quarters before the end of this month.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.3625 and 3626 of 2021 are closed.
