M.P.No.2 of 2014: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to give interim direction, directing the 4th respondent to assign a regular Document Number to the pending Document bearing No.273 of 2013 dt. 12.07.2013 and release the same with such endorsements as directed in the earlier decisions of this Hon'ble court pending W.P.No.9936 of 2014;

W.P.9936 of 2014: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of certiorai to call for the records of the 3rd respondent culminating in the issuance of a Circular Pa.Mu.No.30196/P1/2011-1 dated 13.09.2011 and quash the same.

ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect: "The appellants may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge of this Hon'ble Court."

In view of the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, if so advised. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
