Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in No.Estt.1/BPK/2007 dated 05.04.2007 and quash the same and consequentially forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from in anyway filing up the post of Principal of Bharathiar Palkalaikoodam.

2. Though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, none appears on their behalf.

3. The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the appointment of the third respondent as Principal in-charge in the second respondent college and the petitioner seeks for continuation as Principal in the college.

4. Both the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein have crossed the age of superannuation. As such, no effective orders can be passed in this present writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
