This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.160 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the order dated 27.02.2024 in C.C.No.160 of 2022 has been set aside and all the accused have been ultimately acquitted from the charges by order dated 25.02.2025 in Crl.A.No.15 of 2024.
