SUBRAMANIAN CMP No.4541 of 2019 in SA.No.302 of 2019 1 SARADHA AMMAL [ PETITIONERS ] 2 E.MANI Vs J.SRIDHAR [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the judgment and decree passed by Sub court, Kancheepuram in AS.No.14/2013 dated 31/08/2018 setting aside the judgment and decree passed in OS No.1062/2008 dated 21/12/2012 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate court at Sriperumbudur, (in CMP.No.4541/2019) pending disposal of the above SA.No.302/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PARTHASARATHY, Senior Counsel for M/S.NANDHAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking stay of execution on O.S.No.1062 of 2008 granted in A.S.No. 14 of 2013.

2. Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for the decree being stayed, since it is one for possession. Hence, the interim order granted on 16.09.019 is made absolute.
