..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 02.12.2025 passed in I.A.No.13 of 2025 in C.P.No.537 of 2005 on the file of the Labour Court, Salem and quash the same. For Petitioner:

ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No. 13 of 2025 in C.P. No. 537 of 2005, whereby the application filed by the management to deposit the arrears was allowed by the Labour Court.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the calculation made by the management is erroneous and the order passed by the Labour Court is liable to be interfered with, but it is also brought to the notice of this Court that the main C.P. No. 537 of 2005 has also been disposed of and the workman is aggrieved by the same.

3. In view thereof, it will be open for the workman to raise such grounds as against the order passed in I.A. No. 13 of 2025 and also in the writ petition while challenging the main computation petition.

4. With the said liberty kept open, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
