This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner.

2. The parties involved in this case are husband and wife. A complaint has been given by the petitioner to the respondent police on 13.05.2018, seeking for police protection.

3. Hence, this criminal original petition disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent police to call the parties for an enquiry and amicably resolve their issues. If there are any matrimonial dispute between the parties, the first respondent shall relegate the parties to the appropriate Court to workout their remedy.
