in the criminal case in C.C.No.75 of 2014 dated 29.11.2021 and consequently consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Headmaster, Higher Secondary School, on inclusion of petitioner name in the panel on par with his juniors, with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including the arrears of salary, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents, to finalize the charge memo issued in Na.Ka.No.20637/W2/E3/09 dated 17.07.2013 by the second respondent, on the basis of acquittal order passed in the criminal case in C.C.No.75 of 2014 dated 29.11.2021. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending the writ petition, considering the judgment passed by the criminal Court in C.C.No.75 of 2014 dated 29.11.2021, the petitioner was imposed with minimum punishment of censure by an order dated 18.01.2023.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of punishment of censure, in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
