action for disconnection of Electricity supply bearing No.TNEB SC No.094-011-626 for the alleged violation of (i) Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981, as amended; and (2) Section 25 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution Act, 1974, as amended and quash the same in so far as the petitioner's premises is concerned and consequently direct the 1st respondent to grant consent under (i) Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981, as amended and (2) Section 25 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution Act, 1974, for carrying on the activity of spinning mill to manufacture cotton yarn at the petitioner's factory premises carried on under the name and style of the Sri Venkateswara Textiles, situated at Plot No.31-33, 37-39, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Veppampalayam, Vellakovil, Tiruppur District 638 111.
