ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 02.12.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is seen that a complaint was given to the Superintendent of Police on 02.12.2014 and in regard to the same, petitioner and the opposite party appeared to have entered into a compromise. Thereafter, the petitioner has once again given a complaint dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

18.02.2015, saying that police should conduct investigation on his earlier complaint. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that no positive direction would be issued to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
