ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 384, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.50 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner went to the defacto complainant's house on 20.01.2022 along with his driver Bakiyaraj who is arrayed as A2 and threatened the defacto complainant's wife Mrs.Sharmila and also stated in the complaint that he will release her photo and video in the internet. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that 7 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, 7 previous cases pending against the petitioner and if he released on bail he will tamper the evidence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
