2. This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants / plaintiffs to sue the defendants 2 to 9 before this Court.

3. Though the defendants 2 to 9 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the 1st defendant is residing within the jurisdiction of this Court. Further, the property now under dispute is also available within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, in view of the above, a substantial part of the cause of action has been arised within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. In the said circumstances, the leave prayed for by the applicants is granted. This application is allowed accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
