4 The Tahsildar, Tambaram Taluk, [ RESPONDENTS] Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 above to issue "free patta" to the petitioner who hails from a rural area as per the orders of the Government of Tamilnadu relating his agricultural landed properties comprised in Survey No.404/1 situated at Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District measuring to an extent of 1 Acre 95 Cents or thereabouts with a time frame as may be fixed by this court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this present writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 4 above to issue "free patta" to the petitioner who hails from a rural area as per the orders of

the Government of Tamilnadu relating his agricultural landed properties comprised in Survey No.404/1 situated at Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District measuring to an extent of 1 Acre 95 Cents or thereabouts with a time frame as may be fixed by this court.

2.According to the petitioner, he has made a representation dated 11.04.2015 to the first respondent and the same has been sent to the Tahsildar for taking proper action. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner approached this court by filing this writ petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2015 and to pass appropriate orders after giving notice to all parties, on merits and in accordance with law and then pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
