Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to refer the petitioner for treatment to a super speciality hospital and also accord him all the benefits, including pay etc., and also direct the second respondent to await the petitioner's treatment and recovery from his health before assigning him work.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
