This Court, by order dated 05.02.2021, directed the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks, however, till date the said order has not been complied with by the third respondent.

2.Hence, this Court issues direction to the third respondent to comply with the order passed by this Court on or before 08.04.2022 as a last chance, failing which the third respondent is directed to appear before this Court.

3.Post the matter on 08.04.2022.
