J U D G M E N T

This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal has been filed against the decree and judgment dated 20.09.2011 made in C.M.A.No.22 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Namakkal, confirming the decree and judgment dated 12.04.2010 made in H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2008 on the file of Subordinate Court, Raispuram.

2. After negotiation, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and the respondent/wife agrees for a decree being passed dissolving the marriage solemnized between her and the petitioner.

3. The parties have filed a joint memo of compromise duly signed by them and attested by the respective counsel. The petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.13,50,000/- [Rupees Thirteen Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only] to the respondent/wife through Demand Draft bearing No.208685 dated 22.04.2019 drawn on Karur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is ordered and decreed in terms of compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the record.
