This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.08.2019.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the second respondent has forwarded the petitioner's complaint to the Social Welfare Officer, Kirshnagiri and only after receipt of the report from the said officer, further steps will be taken.
