The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.414 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court at Dindigul to the file of III Page No.1 of 4
Additional Family Court, Chennai, where the petitioner's MC petition in MC.No.661 of 2024 is pending.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submitted that the matters can be jointly tried and the respondent has no serious objection for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.414 of 2024 as prayed for the petitioner/wife.
3. In the light of the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in H.M.O.P.No.414 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at Dindigul and transferred to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and the same shall be tried along with MC.No.661 of 2024 jointly.
