The petitioner has filed this petition to issue a direction to execute the pending NBW's against A1, A2 (2nd and 3rd respondent) and produce them before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil in S.T.C.NO.184 of 2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represented that no such NBWs' before the law enforcing agency and as such nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
