C.M.P. No.3760 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 1684 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of Murugan, 1 st respondent in C.M.A. No.3597 of 2011 /claimant; b) C.M.P. No.3761 of 2020 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in C.M.A. No.3597 of 2011 and c) C.M.P. No.3763 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased Murugan /1 st respondent in C.M.A.No.3597 of 2011 and rank them as respondents 3 to 6.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the 1 st respondent / appellant in C.M.A.

No.3597 of 2011/ Insurance Company has no serious objection for allowing these petitions.

4. On a perusal of the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the reasons stated therein are one and the same and being satisfied with the

same, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, these three petitions are ordered.
