ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent rejecting the application filed by the petitioner seeking Compassionate Appointment and for consequential relief.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition may be closed with liberty to her daughter, who now become Major, to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.

3. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
