ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, this Court by an order dated 15.02.2021 directed the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) to take notice for the respondent and also directed the respondent to continue the investigation and not to file final report till the orders passed in this Criminal Original Petition.
2. In view of the same, now the learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. However, the respondent police is directed to continue with the investigation and file a final report in this case.
