The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records comprised in the proceedings of Judicial Magistrate Court III at Coimbatore in S.T.C No. 4256 of 2017 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had died and no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
