Accordingly, the matters were directed to be posted on 17.12.2018.
2.Today, when the matters came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that he was unable to contact the petitioner, despite several communications sent to them.
3.Under such circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss these writ petitions. Accordingly, the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded and these writ petitions stand dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
