This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Clarification' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to bring to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 02.02.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.1743 of 2023, in paragraph No.8 it has been wrongly mentioned as anticipatory bail was granted A1, but the learned counsel submitted that A1 was released only on bail and not on anticipatory bail.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, para 8 of the order dated 02.02.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.1743 of 2023, shall stand modified as follows: "8. Further, on seeing the facts, it reveals that A1 was released by the Trial Court without imposing any conditions. jai basis A1 was released in respect of Crime No.1 of 2021. Further, the respondent police is directed to submit their explanation as to why the District Revenue Officer was not impleaded in this case since the said District Revenue Officer disbursed the compensation amount to A1."
