Accordingly, they have entered into negotiation in respect of partition of property and the same was reduced in writing, thereby a partition deed was effected vide document No. 2064 of 2019.

2. On recording the Memo filed by the learned counsel for appellant, this Second Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The Memo filed on the side of appellant shall form part and parcel of the decree.
