ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.21554/2016 dated 05.07.2016, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with by the 2nd respondent, vide communication

dated 17.01.2018 in Lr.No.40016-2/D5/2017 addressed to the Government Pleader [Education], Madras High Court, Chennai, wherein, it has been stated among other things that the Government had passed G.O.Ms.No.289, High Education [C2] Department, dated 04.10.2017, regularising the services of 19 causal labourers including the petitioner herein. He has also produced a copy of the said communication along with the Government order, which are taken on file and record.

Recording the said submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
